Melissa Stone Mangham as whittled down her makeup bag to three key products.

Melissa’s 3 Stick On-The-Go Makeup Routine

Sick and tired of lugging around a heavy makeup kit bulging with a dozen products all day, Melissa Stone Mangham, Vice President Marketing and Strategic Partnerships for The Style Network, found her solution at the Bobbi Brown counter at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills. “I’m constantly schlepping around a ton of things for my kids and my work, I just couldn’t haul my entire makeup kit around on top of it all,” she told me while we were catching up in her Styled To Rock lounge at New York Fashion Week. Now, she’s whittled down her on-the-go makeup routine to three key products that get the job done anywhere, anytime—no makeup brushes required.  While Melissa has a love for Bobbi Brown, you can build the same kit with similar products from any makeup brand that you love.

1. Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick, $42.  “I have vitiligo, so my skin tone is very uneven and I need a cover-up that actually works. This foundation evens everything out and is so easy to use. I just draw it on, then blend. It looks really natural and I even use it as concealer too,” she says.

2. Bobbi Brown Sheer Color Cheek Tint, $26.  “This creates a great rosy glow and I also dab it on my lips as a lip tint,” says Melissa

3. Bobbi Brown Extreme Party Mascara, $25. “Great lashes reduce the need for shadow or liner. This one  is really easy to layer on throughout the day so it always looks fresh. Wiggle the wand at the very base of your lashes so it looks like you’re also wearing liner,” she adds.
